User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using proad.ai services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you agree to comply with all terms of this agreement.

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction

2.2 Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information

2.3 Keep account information secure and be responsible for all activities under your account

3.1 The Service provides AI lip-sync and digital human video generation features

3.2 Three subscription plans are available:

Basic: $75/month, 3 videos/month
Pro: $100/month, 10 videos/month
Enterprise: $200/month, 25 videos/month
3.3 Provides API integration services supporting custom development

4.1 Do not use the Service for any illegal purposes

4.2 Do not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service

4.3 Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.1 All technology and content of the Service are protected by intellectual property laws

5.2 Users retain ownership of their uploaded content

5.3 Grant us a non-exclusive license to use user content for providing services

6.1 Subscriptions automatically renew and can be canceled anytime

6.2 All fees are quoted in USD

6.3 No refunds except as required by law

7.1 Provides open API interfaces

7.2 Supports flexible customization

7.3 Must comply with API usage limits and quotas

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time, with significant changes notified 30 days in advance.

We may terminate the Service at any time due to user's violation of this agreement.

This agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitutes the complete agreement.
